(ORLANDO, FLORIDA) Nodarse & Associates, Inc. (N&A) is pleased to announce that it has further strengthened its environmental practice with the hiring of Professional Geologist, Mr. Mark W. Mulligan, P. G. With this addition, the N&A environmental team has now grown to 18 professional and technical staff.

Mr. Mulligan has over 11 years of experience in hydrogeology, environmental consulting and remediation. He has extensive experience in Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, remedial action plans, tank closure assessments, road construction related projects, installation of stormwater piping, construction of stormwater ponds, installation and abandonment of horizontal and vertical groundwater monitoring wells, injection wells, recovery wells, piezometers and SVE wells.

Mr. Mulligan has also performed hydrogeologic/geotechnical investigations for hazardous and petroleum contaminated sites and has managed site assessments related to petroleum underground storage tank releases and solvent releases. He is knowledgeable concerning the process and protocols for the FDEP Pre-Approval Program and has experience in the oversight of site assessment and remedial activities at Superfund sites.

Prior to joining N&A, Mr. Mulligan was employed by PSI where he worked on numerous environmental site assessment and remediation projects including Avis/Budget Rent-A-Car Properties, Pilot Travel Centers, FDOT Fairbanks Disposal Pit (Superfund Site), and the CNL Center II Tower. Mr. Mulligan is a 1993 graduate from the University of Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Geology.
