(N&A) is providing construction materials testing and threshold inspection services for ZOM Florida, Inc. on The Paramount at Lake Eola, the newest luxury condominium project in downtown Orlando. Located on Central Boulevard directly across from Lake Eola, The Paramount will put you just steps away from the restaurants, shops, concert performances, and sporting events in downtown Orlando. This $140,000,000 mixed-use 16-story project consists of 306 luxury residences ranging from one bedroom to penthouses (650 to 4,000 square feet), 7 pool deck villas, 35,000 square feet of retail space, and 10,000 square feet of office space. The ground floor is a 30,000 square foot Publix urban market, and the fifth floor will have a 15,000 square foot resort style pool deck with Jacuzzi, outdoor fireplace and lounge, and outdoor art gallery, and a 1,500 square foot athletic club. The residences have 12 spacious floor plans with amenities that include floor-to-ceiling windows in the living rooms, island kitchens with granite countertops, ceramic tile flooring at foyer and in kitchen and bathrooms, architecturally curved feature walls, and grand terraces.
