ORLANDO, FLORIDA - Given the exponential growth of her company over the last several years, Leila Jammal Nodarse, President of Nodarse & Associates, Inc., has announced the appointment of four senior level Regional Managers to oversee the company’s statewide operations. The newly created North, Central, West and South Regional Manager roles were strategically added to position the company for continued statewide expansion.
The North Florida Region is comprised of the Tallahassee and Jacksonville offices and is led by Mr. John B. Kimberly, IV, P.E., Vice President. Mr. Kimberly has 15 years experience as a geotechnical engineer, with his expertise including deep foundation design, analysis, testing, and inspection. The Central Florida Region, consisting of the Ormond Beach and Winter Park offices, is headed by Mr. Daniel J. Dunham, P.E., S.I., Senior Vice President. Mr. Dunham has 24 years of experience in the construction materials testing and geotechnical engineering disciplines, and he has extensive experience with field inspections for soils, base materials, asphalt, concrete, reinforcing steel, shoring, post shoring and structural steel. N&A’s West Florida Region includes our Lakeland and Tampa offices is now led by Mr. Bud Khouri, P.E., Vice President. Mr. Khouri is one of N&A’s most recent staff additions, and he possesses extensive experience in the consulting and construction business, most recently as the Manager of the Florida Operations of Trevi-Icos, a deep foundation contractor. He brings a wealth of management and technical knowledge, as well as numerous professional relationships. Our South Florida Region, consisting of our Miami and West Palm Beach offices, is directed by Mr. Fouad S. Masri, P.E., Senior Vice President. Mr. Masri has 23 years of experience, including the past 9 years with N&A, as project engineer and project manager for a significant range of geotechnical, environment and construction engineering projects throughout Florida and other parts of the country.
Another element of the new company structure is the formalization of a corporate support team composed of Technical Services, Information Technology, Comptroller, Human Resources and Marketing. To complete this team, N&A recently appointed Mr. Lui Damiani as Corporate Marketing Director, Vice President. Mr. Damiani holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration and has over 15 years of professional experience in the areas of marketing, television, public policy and operations management.
