(ORLANDO, FLORIDA) Nodarse & Associates, Inc. (N&A) is pleased to announce that Paul T. Shea, SPHR has been appointed a Vice President. Mr. Shea graduated from the University of South Florida in 1991 with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science, and he has completed classes towards a Master Degree in Public Administration from Florida State University.

Mr. Shea has 15 years of experience in HR consulting, benefits administration, department development, training, employee relations, and employee development. Prior to joining N&A one year ago, Mr. Shea was employed by several large corporations in the private and public sectors including the Florida Department of Labor, Integrated Health Services, Paychex and Oasis Outsourcing, in a human resources capacity. As N&A’s Human Resources Director, Paul is responsible for human resource and recruiting needs for the corporate and regional offices of N&A.
