(ORLANDO, FLORIDA) Nodarse & Associates, Inc. (N&A) is pleased to announce that Ms. Debra R. Harrington, P.E. has been promoted to Environmental Department Manager.

Ms. Harrington is a registered Professional Engineer with over 15 years experience in environmental engineering and consulting. Her experience includes contamination assessments, the design and implementation of remedial systems, hazardous waste management, air quality investigations, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments. Prior to joining N&A, Ms. Harrington was with the Waste Cleanup Section of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and as such, has broad experience liaising with the regulatory community and interfacing with private and public sector clients. Some of her N&A project experience includes Baldwin Park Development, MacDill Airforce Base, Palm Bay High School, University of Florida IFAS Center Expansion, Melbourne Beach Hilton Hotel, Indian River Community College Regional Crime Lab, and Florida Hospital. Ms. Harrington holds both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
