Responsible for all testing operations, procedures, quality, and quantity produced by Engineering Technicians. Oversees the training and guidance of laboratory staff. Ensures all laboratory equipment is clean, calibrated and in good operating condition. Responsible for the coordination, scheduling and arrangement of all jobs in laboratory. Responsible for controlling purchases of supplies and maintenance materials. Must determine personnel requirements and the hiring and firing of staff. Knowledge in safety guidelines and QA/QC policies.
